For this Halloween season NFT project Deadfellaz, fantasy sports platform DraftKings, and the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) have partnered to drop zombified NFT versions of star players to use within DraftKings’ fantasy football game.

The collection features 13 NFL players, six of which will appear as Deadfellaz zombie characters,  including Matthew Stafford, Nick Chubb, Jalen Hurts, Kyler Murray, Alvin Kamara, Deebo Samuel, and others to be announced.

The NFT player card holders can then use the cards to enter contests in DraftKings’ Reignmakers NFT fantasy football tournament starting on Oct.30, which sees weekly prizes of up to US$1 million.

Holders can also participate in giveaways, which involves the airdrop of a special Deadfellaz NFT. The Deadfellaz NFT cards will function through the end of the NFL season.

The NFT collection will drop today on the DraftKings Marketplace.
