FaZe Clan partners with The Sandbox for ‘FaZe World’ Metaverse

‘FaZe World’ is slated to launch in The Sandbox Metaverse in 2023.

Popular esports and entertainment organization, FaZe Holdings Inc. just announced a strategic partnership with The Sandbox. 

 

The partnership aims to develop ‘FaZe World’, a virtual land representing lifestyle and culture of FaZe Clan, and experiences for the FaZe community.  

 

The partners will work together to build the digital infrastructure, virtual events, games, and virtual product releases so as to create a gamified Faze World. 

 

To celebrate the partnership, The Sandbox will host a LAND sale, details of which will be announced later this year. Meanwhile,  the immersive experiences of FaZe World can be expected to launch in 2023.

 

Speaking on the initiative, Sebastien Borget, Co-Founder and COO of The Sandbox praised FaZe Clan’s position as a leading player in the gaming, esports and entertainment industries through the power of the gaming and esports communities. 

 

‘We're thrilled to collaborate in bringing FaZe World to The Sandbox as we prepare to launch many exciting activations that put players and creators in control of the next phase of Internet culture comprising user-generated content, Web 3, metaverse, and gaming,’ he added.
