Forbes hosts an exclusive Metaverse event in the Sandbox

Renowned American Business magazine, Forbes hosted a members-only even on Nov. 10 in the Sandbox Metaverse.
The event allowed Forbes subscribers to access and explore the Forbes Metaverse via a wearable NFT as a ticket of entry. In the event, an NFT gallery featured displays of the magazine’s sold-out collection of Virtual NFT Billionaires, a portfolio of fictional investors with net worths that corresponds to the real-life New York Stock Exchange.

The members-only event gave members the opportunity to explore the brand’s history and iconic features.
Renowned American Business magazine, Forbes hosted a members-only even on Nov. 10 in the Sandbox Metaverse.
The event allowed Forbes subscribers to access and explore the Forbes Metaverse via a wearable NFT as a ticket of entry. In the event, an NFT gallery featured displays of the magazine’s sold-out collection of Virtual NFT Billionaires, a portfolio of fictional investors with net worths that corresponds to the real-life New York Stock Exchange.
Visitors also got the opportunity to interact with each other and participate in quests to explore the Metaverse property which included a voxelized version of the Forbes Highlander Yacht, a swimming pool, dance floor, and DJ booth.
Visitors also participated in trivias and answered questions about Forbes’ history and had the chance to buy Forbes-themed NFTs.
