Johnnie Walker to drop Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Dundas NFTs today!

Whisky giant Johnnie Walker just announced a partnership with direct to consumer NFT marketplace for luxury wine and spirits, BlockBar.com and Gary Vaynerchuk’s Web3 consultancy firm, Vayner3 to bring whisky aficionados limited-edition NFTs.

The Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Dundas Master NFT series will come in 75 limited edition sets. They showcase the characteristics of rare whisky crafted using irreplaceable ‘ghost’ whiskies and other rare expressions from the Johnnie Walker reserve at the Glasgow ‘Ghost’ Distillery in Port Dundas, one of the world’s best-known grain distilleries. Ghost whiskies are made in distilleries that have been closed and are no longer manufacturing, giving the whisky its rare quality. 

The Master Sets offer its NFT holders exciting utility as they are redeemable for a physical 1L bottle autographed by Emma Walker while the NFT bottle is designed by award-winning generative AI artist and photographer, Ivona Tau. Each NFT will also come with access to an exclusive virtual storytelling experience with Walker and Tau, where they will share their creative processes behind the making of the NFTs.

The NFTs will become available on BlockBar.com on September 9, 2022 at 10:00 am EST for US$ 775 each.
