OpenSea announced it is integrating BNB Chain on its NFT marketplace by the end of 2022, according to a Nov. 30 tweet by OpenSea.

This will allow BNB Chain creators to benefit from real-time payouts, creator payouts, collections management on OpenSea.

In addition, users can view BNB Chain NFTs on OpenSea instead of only on Binance’s NFT marketplace, thereby supporting interoperability among the NFT space.

‘The integration will bring a large number of creators into the wider ecosystem, as well as empower the creators and NFT initiatives inside the BNB Chain ecosystem,’ said Gwendolyn Regina, investment director at BNB Chain.

BNB Chain is one of the largest blockchains based on daily active users and offers lower gas fees than Ethereum. It will provide easier signature confirmation actions and eliminate setup fees to streamline users’ account initialization processes.

OpenSea now supports eight blockchains, including Ethereum, Polygon, Klaytn, Solana, Arbitrum, Avalanche and Optimism and their NFTs on its platform.
