The first annual Metaverse summit and awards event to debut in Miami

The first-ever Metaverse awards ceremony will be held on March 30, 2023 in Miami. The award ceremony aims to bring together emerging Web3 companies, brands, and big corporations that have embraced Web3 and the Metaverse.

The summit is a sister-event to the European Metaverse Awards, which is slated to take place in Berlin on October 27, 2022. The keynote speaker at the  European Metaverse Awards will be the founder of The Sandbox, Sebastien Borget. Other speakers include Robert Gunther, head of Meta’s Reality Labs Developer Partnerships.

The Miami Metaverse summit will feature 21 Awards categories and more than 100 companies can be shortlisted as finalists. Award nominations open October 1st and close November 15th. A few categories included are:

• Top VC/Investment Fund for Metaverse/Web3

• Top Blockchain Developer Service Provider

• Top Legal Office/Legal Services for Metaverse/Web3 Companies

• Top CVC Partner for Web3/Metaverse Development

• Most Innovative NFT Project

• Top Avatar Design, Digital-Twin or Identity Company

• Top partner for establishing early presence in metaverse

• Top American City for Web3/Metaverse Development
  
  

Other topics that will be discussed in the summit include opportunities in the Metaverse for startups and established brands,  emerging new business models, and revenue-growth strategies.
