World of Women (WoW) announced the reveal of the utility of the WoW Capacitor NFT collection. The WoW team just airdropped ‘capacitors’ to owners of the World of Women Galaxy collection and the original World of Women NFT collection in ahead of the launch of the WoWverse.

Starting today, WoW and WoW Galaxy holders can begin transforming capacitors NFTs the team recently airdropped to them by redeeming OnCyber virtual homes, which are customizable virtual apartment spaces.

Blue capacitors went to WoW holders, which gives them access to the Origin Residence, while green capacitors went to WoWG holders for access to the Nebula Quarters. Holders of both NFTs will also receive a portal to link both virtual places to each other.

The airdrop marks the project’s ongoing expansion into the Metaverse and helps them fulfill a long-term goal of bringing together holders beyond PFP (profile pictures) NFTs. This would enable holders to personally create and explore their digital identities.

‘WoW has built a brand that allows people to represent themselves digitally, through PFPs’’, said Shannon Snow, our COO. ‘As the first female-centric NFT brand to breakthrough to the mainstream, we couldn’t be more excited for the next iteration and expansion of the WoWverse, which begins the enablement of building and empowering your digital identity in new, innovative ways.’

There will be more capacitor NFT drops in the near future, which will build upon the virtual apartment concept as each capacitor will unlock new elements for holders to create, customize and establish their digital identity.
